By default, income verification requests expire after 14 days if the applicant does not complete them. When this happens, a log will appear in income verification request's Activity Log:

Fortunately, if an invite expires, there is an easy way to re-open it in the portal.

To re-open an expired request, simply log into your portal and navigate to the details page for an income verification request. Under the actions button, there is a re-open screening menu item.

When clicked, you will see a confirmation dialog:

When reset, all screenings will be reset and an email will be sent to all applicants to re-complete the screening.

On success, a confirmation will be shown on the top-right corner.

You will see a list of requests that can be opened. Select the request you want to re-open and click the “Open” button. This will open the request and allow the applicant to complete it.
