Re-opening Expired Income Verification Requests

By default, incomplete income verification requests expire after 14 days. Fortunately, if an invite expires, you can easily reopen it.

To reopen an expired request, log into your portal at www.payscore.com. Navigate to the applicant’s details page by clicking their screening row in the applicant list. In the upper right corner of the applicant’s group, you’ll see Household Expired. Click Reopen.

When the “Reopen Verification” function is selected, you will see a confirmation window.

Once reopened, the 14-day expiration period will restart from the day you reopen the verification. And, the applicant will automatically receive an email (and text message if a cell phone number is provided) to complete their verification..
